What is a Portrait Party?

Portrait Parties are a fun and convenient opportunity to capture beautiful professional images of your children. Events can take place at a friend or family member's home,  outdoors, or wherever the children are comfortable. Parties are a special reduced session fee event offered by A Simple Wish Photography. As the hostess of a Portrait Party event, you will earn commission credit on the amount of total print sales. This credit will be used towards your own print order. The hostess can easily earn enough credit to cover the complete costs of their prints!

Requirements of the Hostess

As the Hostess, you will be required to invite at least 6-8 guests to participate in the event. You must have a minimum of 4 with a maximum of 12 guests. I will provide invitations & envelopes for you to fill out and mail. Please mail your invitations 2 weeks before your scheduled event to allow enough time for guests to respond and plan for their child's photograph. (*Note: Email invitations are also available on request.)

What to bring

For home parties feel free to bring or use your own props that are personal to you. 

For children you might use a favorite blanket, stuffed animal, heirloom, daddy's favorite jersey or grandpa's favorite hat - the possibilities are endless. 

For teens you could bring sports equipment, instruments, etc.  You could also wear a cheer, band, or sports uniform, but for home parties there's no time for clothing changes.
